An Attorney and an Eduardo Mondlane University (Mozambique) law graduate, holds a LLM degree from the University of Pretoria (South Africa) and also completed Mining and International Oil and Mining Laws and Contract trainings at Wits University. He worked and consulted extensively in Mozambique and in Southern Africa. He is the Partner in charge of the Natural Resources Practice Group, where he leads the team in the provision of legal services for both, public and private institutions, as well as advising new investors in emerging sectors of Energy, including oil and gas, mining power and renewable energy.[:]
