Lawyer. Graduated in Law from the Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologia de Moçambique (ISCTEM) where is currently concluding a Masters in Corporate Law & Governance. Post-graduate in Energy Law from the Eduardo Mondlane University. Worked for four years for an international energy company with operations in over thirty countries including Mozambique. Provides legal advice in Natural Resources with focus on Oil & Gas matters. Has experience in Corporate and Commercial Law and Intellectual Property. He is also a university lecturer in Administrative Law. Member of the Mozambican Bar Association. Registered with the Industrial Property Institute of Mozambique as an Official Industrial Property Agent.
