Iris de Brito is a Founding Member of Machel Fidus, a Mozambican non-profit organization that aims at implementing sustainable, environmental friendly projects that can have a sound impact on the livelihoods of the Mozambican communities.

Iris is a researcher at the University of Lisbon in International Relations and Development issues and a former lecturer at the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technology in Lisbon. Iris is a TV host and Managing Partner of New Capital – Mozambican Business Consulting Firm.
