PR MMEC 2022 – Mozambique’s longest running Mining, Energy and Oil & Gas event returns to Maputo in 2022

Mozambique Mining Energy Conference (MMEC) & Exhibition is a trusted brand with over 8 biennial editions having taken place. Since 2008 MMEC has been delivering high level strategic conference and exhibitions for our community and assisting our partners with their business development goals. MMEC 2022 will take place LIVE in June 2022 in Maputo. The 2021 edition took place under hybrid format and was officially opened by His Excellency Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, President of the Republic of Mozambique and Honorable Ernesto Max Tonela, Minister of Mineral Resources & Energy, Republic of Mozambique. MMEC 2022 brings together senior industry leaders from the mining, energy, Oil & Gas construction, engineering, legal, and consulting sectors as well as development partners and public sector officials from municipal, provincial, and central government of Mozambique. MMEC meets up with the community LIVE in March 2022 at a key stage for various projects that are due for scaling up, with investment and project opportunities anticipated to increase rapidly.

Running under the theme “Sustainable Development Across the Entire Mineral and Energy Value Chain, towards a Low Carbon Future” MMEC 2022 joins the industry for two days of project delivery discussions. The 2022 show focus on:
